I went with my mom on a walk…I’ll never forget it. 

She talked about having to provide for me and my brother and sister on her own….about all the blood, sweat, and tears she had put into our family so that I wouldn’t turn out like my father.

Money was tight, and I spent a lot of time online and in the library studying everything about personal development that I could get my hands on.
